 'From Bethlehem to Bristol' 

A multi-faith event focusing very much on the message of peace and security for all.

The event is a fundraiser for the work of the YMCA in Bethlehem and offers us a chance to learn more about the situation facing people of all faiths in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories. We are very pleased to be working with groups and individuals from the Muslim, Jewish, Christian and secular communities in and around Bristol.

We are delighted that Nader Abu Amsha, the Director of the YMCA in Bethlehem (a Christian Aid partner), Islamic Relief and Bristol based author Lisa Saffron will be present to talk about the work they are involved with. We will be showing a film about present day life in Bethlehem, as well as enjoying storytelling and music from different Middle Eastern traditions.
